small tart with white chocolate-strawberry

ingredients:
1 shortbread dough.
For strawberry cream:
60g sugar
200g strawberries.
100 g per pad.
Chocolate cream:
100g white chocolate.
25 cl of cream.
method:

Spread the dough on a floured plant and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
Prick with a fork.
Fill the molds floured and buttered pasta.
Cover the pastry with greaseproof paper, place over beans.
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven and let cool.
Mix the sugar with the strawberries on low heat until the sauce.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, whip the cream and add to the batter.
Fill the pie crusts of stewed strawberries, cover with chocolate cream.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and white chocolate swarf and serve.
