Chocolate cake roll

ingredients:
5 eggs
1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
250g chocolate pieces
A handful of almonds tapered

method:

In a bowl, whisk well the eggs and sugar with mixer until blended.
Add flour and whisk gently to avoid having lumps.
Wrap a tray with foil and grease the surface.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
On the other hand, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
For out of the oven, put the biscuit on a damp towel and roll it.
Unroll and spread the melted chocolate.
Roll the biscuit again to form a cigar.
Serve your rolled chocolate cake.
