Chicken thighs with preserved lemon and green olives

ingredients:
2 chicken thighs
2 lemons
8 green olives
1/2 cube of vegetable broth
1 onion
1/3 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
method:
1 - Chop the onion.
2 - Cut the lemons in 4 (remove seeds).
3 - Heat in a pan a little oil. Add onions and chicken thighs and brown everything.
4 - Add the spices, half crumbled stock cube, lemons and olives. Pepper and add 25cl of water.
5 - Cover and cook 30 minutes over low heat.
6 - Preheat your oven to 180 ° C and cook covered for 20 minutes.
