150 g dark chocolate
100 g of cream
1 teaspoon pepper
For the decoration:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
method:
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (or very low heat in a saucepan).
2. Dilute it with cream and gradually add the chili powder.
3. Let cool two-hour charge.
4. Roll the truffles in your hands.
5. Mix the sugar, paprika and pepper, roll the truffles in it to cover them.
