Soft cake with peaches raspberry rice flour


ingredients:
4 eggs
150 g of rice flour
50 g of wheat flour
Sugar 100 g
1 teaspoon baking powder
10 cl oat milk or cow
2 tablespoons oil soup
100 g raspberries
2 nectarines
method:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Mix the two flours, sugar and yeast. Stir the egg.
3. Then stir in the milk and oil. Add raspberries and nectarines diced.
4. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.
5. Let cool before slicing.
