cake roll with strawberry jam


ingredients:
5 eggs
130 grams of sugar
150 grams of flour
1 coffee spoon of vanilla
1/4 coffee spoon baking powder
250 g of strawberry jam
2 tablespoons icing sugar a tablespoon for decoration
Strawberries for garnish (optional)
method:


Beat eggs and sugar until the mixture is frothy (for at least 5 minutes).
Add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla.
Mix gently with a spatula until a homogeneous mixture.
Line a tray 35 cm 32 cm with lightly oiled baking paper.
Pour the batter into it.
Is smoothed with the spatula.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Roll the cake along with the baking paper, then place it.
Remove the paper jam and spread over the entire surface.
Roll the cake again.
Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes, it is easy to cut and grade a nice shape.
Sprinkle with icing sugar, then cut.
Garnish with strawberries or within your means and your taste
