sweet without cooking with apricot and chocolate


ingredients:
-200g dark chocolate pastry.
-15cl cream.
30g butter.
-10 Dried apricots cut into small squares.
-40g muesli chocolate.
method:

-Heat the cream in a saucepan.
-Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and pour over the cream too hot to leave a few minutes and stir briskly.
-Add dried apricots cut into dice and mix, this film ganache and let sit overnight in the fridge.
Take a one-nut chocolate and form n ball, roll it in the muesli do so with the remaining chocolate.
Reserve a few hours in the fridge before serving and keep your truffles in a sealed container in the fridge for 48 hours
