recipe from the art of cooking


ingredients:
100g butter
6 c a tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt spoon
1 coffee spoon coarsely ground pepper
4 cloves of garlic grated has
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 cow cheeses 
1 tablespoon hot pepper

method:


Combine butter, oil, cheese, tomato puree and egg with a whisk.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, pepper and always mix with a whisk.
Stir in flour in small amounts until a soft dough.
Divide it into 4 balls of the same size.
Make bunches of 3 cm in diameter.
Grease a baking tray.
Transfer the tubes in the latter leaving space between them.
Flatten with your hand has a thickness of 1 cm.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven.
Cut your sausages in the crosswise slices 2 inches wide.
Give them to the pan and cook on both sides until browned.
