shortbread with jam and pistachios


ingredients:
250 grams of butter
  125g icing sugar
  450 grams of flour
50g pistachios powder
2 tablespoons cooking oil has
2 egg yolks
vanilla
1/4 coffee spoon baking powder
some chocolate chips
few tablespoons crushed pistachios
method:


Whisk the butter and sugar until the mixture is creamy.
Add oil, egg yolks and continue to beat for 1 minute.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, vanilla, baking powder, coconut)
Add this mixture to dry ingredients to butter mixture.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out your dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch.
Cut with a cookie cutter shape of a heart.
Sew half of your hearts with three or four chocolate chips.
Transfer to a baking tray.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let cool, then stick with the apricot jam.
Brush the surface of the sand with jam.
Garnish with crushed pistachios
