Cherry tart

ingredients:
2 eggs
50 g flour
Sugar 40 g
17 cl of milk vanilla soy
300 g of cherries


method:

1- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the flour using a whisk. Add sugar and milk.
2 - Pour the batter into a pie plate 20 cm in diameter.
3 - Wash the cherries and place them in the dish. For they hold well, I just cut the base of the cherry to make a flat base.
4 - Bake about 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 deg C.
