cherry tomatoes and cheese tart

ingredients:
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 90 g of cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 12 cl of liquid cream
- 12 cl of milk
- Salt and pepper


method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (gas mark 6). Crumble the cheese with fingertips or cut into small cubes. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the flour. Stir in the cream, milk and half the cheese. Salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture into 4 small individual ramekins.
Divide the remaining cheese and cherry tomatoes. Spend about 25 minutes in the oven.
