Crescent with coconut

ingredients:
250 g Butter 
125 g Sugar 
1 egg
1 package of vanilla or lemon zest
125 g coconut
400 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
method:


In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture whitens
Add the egg and lemon zest then mix add the coconut mix again.
Stir in flour and baking powder until well blended.
On a working flour shape small equal balls.
With hands forming moons and put them on a plate or in a baking dish.
Preheat oven to 180 °
Bake for about 12 min, while the increasing still seems soft.
Sprinkle with icing sugar cubes from the oven.
