ingredients :
300g good quality of dark chocolate
4 egg whites 2
one tablespoon of butter
a pinch of salt
vanilla
whipped cream
grated chocolate to decorate
method:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with butter, remove from heat, add vanilla and cool.
Add the yolks of 4 eggs and whisk whisk.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Add the egg whites into the chocolate mixture
Mix gently to avoid breaking the egg whites.
Leave your foam into 4 glasses.
Place in the fridge at least 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
