ingredients:
8 apples
1 roll of puff pastry
Butter 100 g + 20 g for the mold
1 pie
tarragon
Salt and pepper
method:
7 Preheat the oven (210 °).
Peel the apples and cut thick slices.
Melt the butter in a pan. Put some apple slices to brown on both sides. When they took a nice color, remove from the pan.
Butter a pie. Cut the cheese into slices.
Arrange the apple slices in a rosette in the mold. Pepper lightly. Divide the slices of pie over and place the dough over and tuck the edges of the dough between the apples and the walls of the mold with the handle of a spoon. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove tart from oven and place on a plate in order to deflate the dough. Let stand 5 minutes, then unmold the pie in a dish. Garnish with tarragon leaves and serve
