small cakes with jam


ingredients:
250 g flour
50 g almond powder
150 g butter, softened
75 g sugar
200g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg + 1 white
1/2 jar of raspberry jam
1 teaspoon kirsch (optional)
3 drops red food coloring
Silver balls, pencil pastry
method :
1. Place the flour, almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar in a food processor. Add the butter, a pinch of salt and let the camera is rotated 15 seconds. Add the whole egg, rename a ride then pick up the dough into a ball.
2. Preheat the oven to th. 7 (210 ° C, 400 F). Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut 50 small round cookies. Place them on a baking sheet, prick with a fork and cook 6 minutes in the oven.
3. Stick them in pairs with jam. Whip the egg white, add sugar, kirsch and dye. Cover the biscuits. Top with two silver balls. Allow to harden. Decorate pencil pastry.
