ingredients:
For the meatballs
350 grams of minced meat

For the sauce
1/2 onion, finely chopped
6 tbsp oil
1 cube of chicken broth
pepper, cinnamon
1 kg zucchini, cut according to your taste slightly salty and fried
750 ml of boiling water
method:
Put all meatball ingredients in a bowl.
Knead the mixture with your hands and make balls of a size of a walnut.
In a small saucepan, heat the oil.
Add onion, pepper, cinnamon and let it brown for 5 minutes on low heat.
pour in boiling water, dip your balls and crumble your cube.
Let cook for 40 minutes.
Remove meatballs and brown them in a pan with 2 tablespoon oil.
Reduce the sauce, turn off the heat and put the meatballs.
