Fried Cauliflower recipe



ingredients:
1 head cauliflower about 1.200 kg
4 large chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, grated
salt
pepper
1 cinnamon stick
To fry the dough
3 or 4 large eggs, lightly beaten a small range
2 tbsp flour
1 pinch of salt
pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
other ingredients

Oil for frying

method:
Separate the cauliflower into small florets.
Cook them in salted water until tender, then drain.
Heat the oil in a large pot.
Add the onion and fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the chicken, garlic, salt, pepper and cinnamon stick.
Stir with a spoon, cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Remember to stir occasionally.
Moisten with 500 ml of boiling water.
Always let cook over low heat until the chicken is tender and the sauce reduced.
Remove the chicken pieces and let them brown in a pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
Prepare the dough pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, baking powder and parsley.
Add the eggs and whisk very well until a smooth paste.
Heat up the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip the cauliflower in the dough.
Fry pan by turning each time, until all sides are golden.
Let drain on paper towels.
Place your donuts in your dish to serve and place the chicken in the center.
Drizzle with sauce, garnish with parsley and lemon slices, or according to your taste.
