cake with raisins


ingredients:
4 eggs
170 grams of sugar
260 grams of flour
125 ml milk
125 ml oil
1 sachet baking powder and
1 coffee spoon of vanilla
1 wrist raisins
icing sugar to decorate
method:


Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a 24 cm diameter.
Beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes at a maximum speed of mixer.
Add the milk, oil and beat for 30 seconds at the minimum speed.
Stir the flour, baking powder, vanilla.
Mix with a spatula to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Add half of the grapes pulp and mix.
Pour it into your mold, and leave the other half of the grapes on the entire surface of the dough.
Place in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Check for doneness with a knife comes out dry.
Otherwise deliver to the oven for a few more minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool, then sprinkle with icing sugar
