ingredients:
80 g of dark chocolate
5 cl of liquid cream
5 cups milk
1 egg
method:
1. Mix finely dark chocolate with a processor or a blender.
2. Heat the milk with the cream. Bring to the boil then remove from heat.
3. Pour the milk-cream mixture over the chocolate. Mix, add the egg and mix again.
4. Divide the cream in small ramekins and book 4 hours in the refrigerator.
