Linz tart


ingredients:
125 g flour
75g caster sugar
75g ground almonds
100 g soft butter
1 egg
150 g raspberry jam
method:

Mix the sugar, almonds, butter and egg then add the flour without kneading too.
Form a ball of dough, enclose it in a plastic film and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough roughly roller and finish by spreading directly into the mini tart pans.
Spread the raspberry jam and decorate with the remaining dough strips.
Bake about 25 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C until the pastry is nicely browned.
