sweet without cooking with pistachios


ingredients:
-200g white chocolate pastry.
-40ml of cream.
-1c tablespoons of rose water.
-1 Pinch of cinnamon.
-10g of butter.
-15 Fresh raspberries
-60g unsalted blanched pistachios coarsely crushed.
method:


-Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan and add the rose water and cinnamon.
-Break the white chocolate in a bowl and pour over the cream not too hot and leave at least a few minutes before mixing strongly.
-Shoot your chocolate and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
-Put the raspberries in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
-Remove the chocolate sample a chocolate walnut flatten and insert raspberry and form a small ball.
-Roll it in crushed pistachios and do so with the rest.
-Put it on a plate and refrigerate several hours.
