ingredients:
75g butter biscuit small reduced powder
90 grams of finely ground wafers (hazelnut taste preference if not taste chocolate)
30g cornflour
flour according to the absorption of the latter (150 for my meal)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 coffee spoon of vanilla
125 grams of butter
2 tablespoons cooking oil

250g apricot jam
2 soup spoons a lemon juice

method:
Beat butter, oil and cheese for 5 minutes.
Mix, cookies, wafers, powder, cornstarch, and vanilla, and add to first mixture.
Stir in flour in small quantities.
Mix and as a measure with your hand until a dough not too soft, too hard.
Make 25 balls and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Dilute the apricot jam with orange blossom water and lemon juice.
Dip your cakes in the latter mixture, and coat with ground wafers.
