ingredients:
200 g small butter cookies powdered (+ 100 gr for decoration)
200g crumbled Turkish halwa (50 + gr for stuffing)
200g milk chocolate
4 tablespoon milk
30g butter
some whole pistachios
method:
Melt the chocolate with the milk and butter in a bain marie.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix cookies, chocolate and Turkish halwa.
Divide the dough into 18 balls, make a hollow in the center and put in a little Turkish halwa.
Close and make balls, then roll in cookies 2 times.
Prick the center with a pistachio or within your means.
