ingredients:
8 pieces of chicken
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons cooking oil has
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic grated
Spoon 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon has
1 cup water
4 eggs
some parsley
1 lemon
method:
In a pot, saute onion in oil for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add salt, pepper, cinnamon, garlic and chicken and stir.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in water, and continue cooking over low heat until the sauce is smooth.
Remove chicken pieces and drain well.
Heat the butter in a pan and brown your chicken on both sides.
Break the eggs into the sauce, add the lemon juice, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken with the sauce and eggs.
Garnish with parsley leaves
