donuts


try this recipe it takes in cooking just 6 min and in preparation 20 min and the quantity is enough for 4 people.
ingredients :
500 g of sifted flour
2 eggs
30 g butter
150 g caster sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 dl milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg

method:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with just melted butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, moisten with milk. Then add the sifted flour with baking powder, salt, spices. Mix until a smooth paste.
Place the dough on a floured board, sprinkle with flour and spread it to roll to a thickness of about 8 mm. Cut dough with a cookie cutter, make a hole in the center of 1 cm in diameter, always using a cookie cutter or apple corer. Dip the donuts into the hot frying. Turn them so they bask on both sides.
When browned, drain the donuts and place them on a paper towel. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve hot.
