white flowers


i like cooking this recipe it's easy and delicious and so traditional in north africa it doesn't take any effort or time it contains with jam .
ingredients:
-For the shortbread dough:
-250 G softened  butter, 
-3 Egg yolks
-125 G icing sugar

-1 tsp vanilla extract
-8 G yeast
-500 G  flour
-For the Swiss meringue:
-3 Egg whites
-3/4d a glass of icing sugar
method:
In a bowl, put the butter, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla mix quickly with a whisk
-Add the flour three times, shoot your dough and set aside to cool.
-Fit the egg whites on a water bath and gradually add sugar, beating with an electric mixer and bath remove the husband beat again at least 5min your meringue should be shiny and silky and make peaks.
-Lay out your dough on a floured work up on a 3mm thick, cut with a punch of heart or flower shape that you desire .....
-Preheat oven to 180 ° C
-Bake the cookies and after about 5-6 minutes to dry
-Remove the cookies from the oven and turn it to decorate your meringue biscuits with a pastry bag fitted with a star tip and bake for 10 to 15min.
After cooking, allow to cool and put the jam in the middle let dry in a dry place.
