Swiss roll with jam


in this beautiful day we choose to you
 Swiss roll with jam you can prepare 
it in 30 min and it takes in cooking just 
15 min the quantity is enough for 4 people,serve with cup of tea .
ingredients:
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g flour
- 2 eggs

- 1 tablespoon rum or lemon juice
- 1/2 jar of raspberry jam
-100 g Fresh  heavy cream
- Icing sugar
method:
Preheat oven to 200 ° C (gas mark 6-7).
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and rum until the mixture whitens.
Stir in half the flour, a little beaten egg whites until stiff, then the remaining flour and white.
Tip the dough onto a baking sheet covered with buttered parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes of cooking.
At the exit of the oven, turn the cookie and gently roll it on itself immediately with buttered paper. Allow to cool.
Mix jam and cream.
Unroll the cake and cover with cream and jam. Roll it again and place in the fridge. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
