Small chocolate cream pies


we chose this recipe for this day believe you will like it in the first time it seems difficult but it's not you can make it easily it contains chocolate  . 
ingredients :
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 egg yolk
- 70 g of frozen butter cubes

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- The cold water
- 1 pinch of salt
The chocolate cream
- 3/4 glass of milk tea
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Pieces of dark chocolate in the mix

- Strawberries
- Whipped Cream
method:
- In a food processor put the sifted flour, icing sugar, salt, sifted cocoa, cinnamon and mix Preparation 1 minute, add the cubes of frozen butter and mix until a paste then sanded add egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix again, add the ice water gradually and mix until the dough is easily detached from the edge of the robot and form a ball.
- Divide the dough into seven portions and spread in small tart pans by pressing with the palm of the hand and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C until the pies are cooked, allow to cool before removing from pan .
- Prepare the chocolate cream by putting the milk and butter in a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat until butter is melted and add chocolate pieces gradually, stirring constantly with a spoon timber until a thick cream.
- Cover the bottoms of cakes with chocolate cream and garnish with whipped cream and strawberries cut in length.
- Refrigerate before serving.
