Puff Biscuits with Mustard


this recipe takes in preparation 15 min and in cooking 20 min and the quantity is enough for 6 people
ingredients :
- 130 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 4 squares of cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper
method:
Put the flour in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and sand the butter into the flour.

Make a fountain, put the squares kiri, mustard, salt and pepper and knead everything very quickly.
Countersink the dough, that is to say, crush several times in the palm of your hand.
Roll the dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Let stand in refrigerator about 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to 8 mm thick. Using a fluted pastry wheel to, cut triangles or other shapes of your choice (you can use coins or simply carried a knife).
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a little.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven. It should get a golden color.
