a new cookie


this recipe is from libya which is african country and they sever this recipe with milk or coffee and it's so delicious . 
ingredients :
- 600 g flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 20 ounces of warm water

- 20 cl of neutral oil (oil type sunflower)
- 1 rounded tablespoon fennel seeds or anise
- 1 rounded tablespoon sesame seeds
method:
In a large bowl, combine water, oil, sugar, yeast and seeds.
When the mixture is homogeneous, first add 400 g of flour and incorporate with a spatula. Then add the remaining 200g of flour, kneading the dough by hand until a ball is formed and detaches completely from the container.
Divide the dough into 5 portions identical. On a floured surface, roll out a ball of dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about half a centimeter. And make rectangles of dough about 15 cm X 20 cm.
In the longitudinal direction, cut strips of 1.5 cm wide. Bring the ends toward the center giving the S-shaped biscuits
Repeat this process until all the dough.
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake ten to twelve minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ° c.
