ingredients:
- 1 roast turkey
- 1 small can of peeled tomatoes in juice
- 3 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon curry
- pepper
- salt
- pepper
- Olive oil
method:
In a pan, fry the onions in a base of olive oil. After 5 minutes, add the diced tomatoes and their juice and Mix them together .
Add the curry, pepper, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Stir again before adding the roast turkey in the sauce.
Cook over low heat for 1:30. Turn the roast occasionally.
Serve hot with sauce.
