Almond biscuits recipe


ingredients:
250g ground almonds
175g icing sugar
2 egg yolks
15-20 whole almonds
method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6). In a bowl, mix the almond powder with 125 g of sugar.
2. Add the egg yolks and stir the dough.
3. On a working fashion small balls of dough the size of a walnut and flatten. Add a tablespoon of water if the dough is too dry. Roll one side in the remaining icing sugar.
Press a whole almond in the center.
4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake and cook for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
