chips potatoes and zucchini


ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
- 2 courgettes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (cornflour)
- 1 onion
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
method:
Wash the potatoes and zucchini. 
peel and grate the big screen.

In a bowl, mix the grated vegetables, beaten eggs, onion, cornstarch, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Train 10 chips in an oiled pan with a cookie cutter. Bake 10 to 15, until browned.
Serve while it's hot
