sandwich dough recipe


ingredients :
-500g of flour.
-1 tbsp coffee baker's yeast
-1 tablespoons sugar.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
-5 Ml oil.
-5 Cl of warm milk.
-1 Egg.
-150ml of warm water.
-oil for frying.

method:
-Put the baking yeast in the milk and let stand for 5 minutes, mix all the ingredients by adding water will gradually knead until a soft non-sticky dough, let the dough rest for 1 hour,
Vent-dough and divide dough 15 small balls and arrange them on a floured plate and let stand 20 minutes (it just swell a bit).
