Waffles with strawberries

ingredients:
2 eggs
250 g flour
1 tablespoon dried yeast
60g melted butter
45 cl of milk
5 cl of orange flower water
50g sugar
500 g of strawberry whipped cream
method:
1. Rehydrate the yeast in a half of lukewarm milk, let stand 10 minutes.
2. Add the flour, sugar, melted butter, mix and add the eggs, whisking.

3. Then gradually add the remaining milk to avoid lumps. Let stand one hour at room temperature, covering the bowl with a cloth.
4. Cook the waffles in your waffle iron. Then decorate them with strawberries, whipped cream and serve immediately.
