Strawberry with Pistachio and Raspberry tart


today we choose to you this recipe which 
contains strawberry it's easy and delicious 
try it .
ingredients :
For the sponge cake with pistachio:
110g marzipan
40g pistachio paste

30g icing sugar
4 eggs
20 g powdered sugar
40 g flour
40 g of 
potato starch
30g melted butter
method:
Mix the almond paste with pistachio paste, egg yolks, icing sugar in a food processor until mixture is well blended.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with 20g sugar. Stir in 1/3 of the above mixture gently mounted white, then the rest.
Add the flour and potato starch, then the melted butter.
Grease and flour the pan and cooked at 180 degrees for 15 minutes in oven. Cut the thickness in half, and let cool.
For fodder:
50cl liquid whipping cream
90g sugar
1 packet cremfix (supermarket)
250g raspberries or other fruit
For the decoration:
- 500g strawberries garnished
some slivered almonds, toasted
Fit in whipped cream, put the sugar when the cream begins to set. Reserve a few quantities for decoration. Mix the rest of the whipped cream with raspberries.
