ingredients:
For the dough:
200g flour
salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
Warm water for skin picking.
For the filling:
1 onion
1 shallot
2 tomatoes cut
1 tablespoon parsley
2 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the dough until a soft dough.
Let rise in a warm place.
On the other hand, peel and cut vegetables into cubes.
Saute chopped vegetables by sprinkling with salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough and cut it into slices.
Stuff the dough with sliced vegetables.
Fry donuts in hot oil bath.
Serve warm salty fried vegetables.
