ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 and1 / 2 cases of rice flour
1/4 glass of icing sugar
2 where finely ground almond
Fourth bedroom almond extract
180g butter
jam
method:
Sift the flour and sugar, add the almond extract and ground almonds
Add butter and cut into the sand well in hand until a homogeneous and soft dough forms.

Fill the hole with jam.
Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
