the quantity will give 20 pieces and it take
15 min in preparation and 25 min in cooking enjoy it .
ingredients :
155 grams of butter
40g icing sugar
270 grams of flour
70 grams of finely ground hazelnuts
80g hazelnuts coarsely ground
1 pinch of salt
1 coffee spoon of vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/4 coffee spoon baking powder
3 tablespoons water a tablespoon of orange blossom
3 soup spoons of milk
method:
Mix the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, worth and finely ground hazelnuts.
Add the butter and fine sand in your hands.
Whisk egg yolk, milk and orange blossom water and add to mixture above.
pick up the dough with your hands, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
Divide your dough into 20 balls of the same size.
