ingredients:
1 kg of sardines
400 g of tomato sauce
1 baked potato with salt water and diced
1 egg yolk
2 bay leaves
3 cloves garlic, grated
2 tsp. chopped parsley and chopped coriander

1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
½ cup olive oil
method:
Remove the head and bones of sardines, wash well and add them.
