5 eggs
120 g Sugar
yogurt 0% of fat
130 g flour
120 g of dried apricots
120 g pecan kernels
method:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Melt white chocolate in low power microwave (3 or 4 times 30 seconds, stirring each time). Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar and yogurt. Add the melted white chocolate, mix well then add the flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and gently stir into mixture. Add the chopped apricots and pecans coarsely broken and mix just to distribute the dried fruit without "breaking" the whites. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and cook them for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Let cool before unmolding.
