ingredients :
2 green peppers
2 yellow peppers
2 red peppers
2 cloves garlic
5 cl Argan Oil
1 Lemon Yellow
3 g powder Cumin
salt
Pepper
5 cl of olive oil
method:
Cut peppers into four, remove the stem and seeds. Peel and slice them thinly. Squeeze the lemon. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the peppers with a pinch of salt, for 6-8 min.
Put the peppers in a bowl, add the garlic, cumin, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add a net of argan oil and mix well together.
