ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of potato
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 g minced meat
- 1/2 cup ground tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. with cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 12 black olives
- Oil for frying
method:
- Peel and clean potatoes
- Cook them in salted water, then turn the mashed
- Beat the egg with a little bit of salt and pepper
- Add the mashed potato, mix and let off
- Finely chop the onion
- In a skillet, heat the tablespoon of oil, then add the onion and garlic chopped
- Leave on low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Then add the minced meat and stir for about 8 minutes
- Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cumin
- Cook for 5 minutes then remove from heat
- Divide the potato mixture into 12
- Stuff made by mixing minced meat and olive each unit
- Dip in flour, then fry until done gilding
