it's easy one the quantity is enough
for 4 people and it takes 15 min in
preparation and 30 min in cooking try it .
ingredients:
150g chicken breast, cut into strips
300g grated zucchini
2 tablespoons of yogurt
3 eggs
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons flour
1 grated clove garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley soup
salt
pepper
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 chopped onion
50g cheese
100 gr grated cheese
method :
put the onion in oil with chicken, salt, pepper and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook until liquid evaporates.
Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl beat the eggs.
Stir in yogurt, parsley, cheese cow kiri, flour and breadcrumbs.
Add the cooked zucchini and stir.
Butter a gratin mold, or 4 individual ramekins.
