it's so easy to prepare
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, cut into cubes
1 large onion, chopped
1 large cucumber, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Allow to stand for about 1/2 an hour.
3. Serve alone or as a side dish.
