ingredients:
-1 kg of potatoes
- 3 shallots (or 1 onion 1/2) finely chopped
- 60 g butter
- Parsley, nutmeg, salt, pepper
method:
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into slices.
Cook in water for 15 minutes.
Fry the potatoes in the drained butter, salt and pepper for 8 minutes.
Add shallots or onion.
Finish cooking and brown for 2-3 minutes.
Add parsley at the last moment.
