tomatoes with egg


try this recipe it's delicious and so easy
ingredients:
2 or 3 tomatoes per person
4 egg
sail
chives
olive oil
salt and pepper
 method:
Cut the tomatoes into slices
and cook gently,
in a hot pan
with olive oil,
garlic, salt, pepper and chives.

Then, break the eggs at the last moment
on tomatoes,
and when the eggs are cooked,
it's ready.
