ingredients :
3 eggs
200 g flour
1 packet of yeast
200 g frozen peas
200 g chopped meat
10 cl of milk
10 cl of olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper
method :
Preheat the oven. 6 (180 ° C).
Cook the peas in a saucepan of boiling salted water half the time indicated on the package.
In a bowl, mix flour and yeast. Make a well and add the eggs, oil and milk. Gently fold in the flour. Add the grated cheese, chopped meat, peas, drained and parsley. Lightly salt and pepper.
Pour into a honeycomb silicone mold. Bake for about 15 minutes. The top should be golden.
