ingredients:
120 grams of butter
120 grams of sugar
20 cl of liquid cream
250 grams of flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking
200g fresh blackberries
method:
Preheat oven to 180 °.
In a bowl, work the butter and sugar ointment. Add the egg and cream. In another bowl, combine and mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Gather the two preparations and mix together quickly.
Fill muffin cups lined with paper liners until 3/4. Divide the blackberries on the muffins slightly depressing.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °.
