shortbread from the art of cooking


ingredients:
250 g butter.
6 cases sugar.
2 egg yolk
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tsp yeast dissolved in a little water.
vanilla
8 cases of jam
dark chocolate frosting
white chocolate for decoration
method:

Mix butter and sugar until ointment add the egg yolk powder and vanilla sugar and flour gradually until a smooth paste
dividing the dough into 2 parts
lowering the first part directly in the buttered and floured tray
cover by jam
lower the second part of a non-adhesive paper on the first part bake in preheated oven and then proceed to cut the decoration
